So beyond identity politics and hurr durr nonsense, making the three branches of government compete is a lot healthier than allowing them all be the same party. These people wont ever stop fueling the flames so dont expect them to put them out. Your best bet is to make sure the executive and legislative never agree with eachother and dont pass a bunch of laws
