I built this app to help my girlfriend track how many Terea Turquoise sticks she smokes a day and support her in cutting down.

You log every cigarette (or IQOS, vape, whatever you want to cut down on) and it keeps track of how many you had, what's left in the pack and how much you're spending. You can set up a reduction plan for each product, and there are goals and charts by day, week and month.

There's a home screen widget so logging is one tap, plus reminders, CSV export and backup.

It doesn't even have the internet permission, so nothing leaves your phone. English and Italian, it follows the phone's language, and you can pick €, $ or £.

Four dark-theme screenshots of My Tracking App: the home screen with today's count and a big "I used it" button, the goals and badges screen, the history screen with a 7-day chart and a 30-day trend, and the settings screen with language, currency (€, $, £) and reminders.

Why not just use this:

(I think there are other apps with similar functionality on F-Droid if this is missing something you want)

Thanks, I didn't know Habits! Mine is more specific to smoking: it keeps track of what's left in the pack, how much you're spending and lets you set a plan that lowers the daily limit over time. But if a general habit tracker is enough for you, Habits looks great.
