I'm glad it was useful for you!

The USA has so much EZ-mode arable land, it always seems unfair to compare it's output to... anywhere else

I'm pretty sure that industrialized India and Bangladesh could very well destroy the US, or I guess a lot of flatlands in China that are easily floodable regularly with monsoon season.
