So apparently the Air Force had a guy die after falling to death in a pointless fast rope demonstration, the game still went on, and the Navy honored his loss by losing the game. (thelemmy.club)

too true. from a movie made 24 years ago (2002), adapted from a book published 37 years ago (1990), about the real events of a high school team from 39 years ago (1988)... but might as well have been made today about some bullshit that happened last year.
