How much cheese are they carving to have two cheese knives?

The one with the round holes counts as a cleaver as the tip is squared off, right?

i bought two because i wanted to try each style and see which one keeps its place. so far i kinda like the circle one more but find more uses for the other one.

The circular holed one does look cooler.

I think that one is flutted and that is to help with food release with sticky or starchy produce.
