After the russian bot farm went offline recently, all of the separatist influencer pages have a fraction of the traffic lol

    In this case it's very likely American data centers doing the work.

    I don't see the logic behind that. Trump has that weird s*** to say about Canada, but most Americans don't ever expect Canada to be part of the US. But there is benefit for other countries to cause strife within both Canada and the US.
