Did you?

The current legislation only allows teachers to use force if a student poses a danger to themselves, others, or school property. The teachers' union (Danmarks Lærerforening) has long called for greater flexibility, arguing that it is increasingly difficult to manage students who disturb class and refuse to keep quiet or leave when asked.

They already have the ability to restrain a child who is a danger to others, this is for children who are simply disrupting a class.

You’re right a loud child disturbing a class 100% needs physical violence to fix the issue.

Being forced to sit is physical but hardly violence.

If you've been in a position of authority with kids somewhat recently, you know that the old "because I say so" just plain doesn't work anymore. If a kid starts playing Roblox videos on his phone during class I don't see the harm in yanking it out of their hands or forcing them to another room. What solution would you take that doesn't involve any physical contact at all?

Striking kids is a different thing entirely.
