I am in high school (Italy), and i have always had serious issues with studying. I literally cannot focus into anything for more than 5 minutes or so, before my vision gets blurry and i just stop understanding what i read. And because Italian schools decided to be unique, i need to study subjects i have no interest in, like physics or latin, which are basically impossible to get into my head. I tried many methods, namely: taking regular breaks, going somewhere without any technology, studying with friends, watching videos, listening to music; but it never worked out, i’d always just drop the topics I’m studying, and i’m kinda jealous of those who study 30 minutes and get the best grades, because i can never get to what they know even in infinite time. What can i try?

Hello I'm in tech and we have to study constantly over here in this world.

One of my tricks for myself is I pretend I gotta write a help page for someone new about the subject at hand and I have to make it interesting enough to make someone want to know it. Make it easy. Like a grab and go version of it. Something that will entice someone to get comfortable with it fast.

For some reason this tricks my brain into being personally invested in the thing I'm looking at and what would i do to make it more interesting to someone else who might struggle to understand it.

I'll start with the who(it's for), what(it is), why(it's history), how(to use it), where(to find it) and when(to use this thing). then I'll do a walkthrough.

next thing i know im writing out examples for it and the answers are more held in my head for the purpose of the thing i need to know.

so often information is just shouted at us without any story so i give it a story.
