They make it sound like Russia is handing over the fuel. The "weak" have been holding off buying shit from Russia because it was a way of fucking Russia's economy. Trump just buckled.

Buckled for nothing and it won't even work because the sanctions were passed by Congress and even Roberts isn't that much of a partisan hack, yet.
