For me the issue is that opening the fridge is a Men in Black memory flash thing. I go, "get milk!", *opens fridge*, "... why did I open the fridge?"

As someone with severe ADHD, I found some page-sized.... well... they're whiteboard on one side and magnet on the back so they stick to the fridge. And some dry erase pens have magnets.

Of course, this assumes I keep THOSE up to date, but I sorta do. :)
