Buy it, demo it, then build something else. Even if it cost 200 million it would likely be a steal to not built the stupidiest station possible under it.

Have you read the elevated rail proposal yet? It pitches a great idea that makes the above moot in about 15 different ways. It even has a simple option that makes the 2nd tunnel less relevant, all for 10 billion less than tunneling.
