My favourite: It says you have an unread message. It won't tell you where. You need to go hunting for it.

We could spend the rest of our lives trying to make a search function less useful than what Microsoft puts in every single one of their apps. Fucking up a search bar is the new fucking up an instant messenger.

Tbf, the MS Team's search hasn't failed me yet. Unlike outlook which wouldn't find an email when searching for the exact subject line, even while I have the email open in another window just to be sure I'm not hallucinating how bad the search is.
