The reason the right are so anti Mamdani is obvious: they don’t want you to see what your tax dollars being put to work the right way would actually look like. Then everyone would want it everywhere. (thelemmy.club)

Made me chuckle, I didn't think of that haha ...

I guess I'm just at the point now where I don't care what government is in place either federally or provincially or locally - if myself and the people around me aren't feeling any improvements in our quality of life, then I don't give a fuck what they claim.

Actions speak so much louder than words and the government is proving that their actions ≠ their words in any meaningful way.

Canada needs radical reform. Sorry I can't help but go off like this nowadays.

    I'm on a rare up day so am finding humour in things I prolly shouldn't (check some of my other posts from today, the one about horses hehe)

    It's sad but I know exactly what you mean. My friend, enjoy those rare up days when they come! If you're able to let it all go for a day here and there then you've more than fucking earned it.
