We had all-company standup meetings every morning at my last job. 25 US employees and about 100 in India. Never took less than an hour and usually closer to two. They started at 7 am so that the India employees could participate at the end of their day. That was my first exposure to companies that claimed to be "AGILE" while still doing shit the same old way.

The thing I never understood was how long each India employee would talk. Like, don't you motherfuckers want to go home?
