Edit: he went to court and let them run out without a single push to the people. He’s complicit.

    He was the candidate that was trying to address environmental issues that are currently disproportionately impacting the poor and POCs.

    If you're just looking to be angry at somebody, there's better targets than the guy not in power that's still trying.
