Yeah, it's mostly water and mountains. There really just is not a lot of flat ground you could build on, other than by Jackson Hole or maybe in the sagebrush flats? There's no way they're Wile-E-Coyote stupid enough to try and cantilever an entire stadium off the literal side of a mountain.
