I'm always trying to think of a suitably offensive term for people who believe heirarchies are natural and desirable. 'Rarchs, supremacists, boot-brained, the cruelty-inclined - nothing good so far.
Faith in heirarchy - the conviction that others deserve to suffer for your benefit - is the poison seed from which springs the objectively worst behaviour of humanity: war, genocide, slavery, empire, fascism, capitalism, colonialism, monarchy, institutionalized religion, etc.
