I don't really feel anything about it, honestly. I disagree with zoos, completely. Animal rehab and release is one thing, holding them captive is another. If there were no humans around, yeah, they would be likely be dead. Probably food for some other critter. That's nature, bro. Us intervening and applying human morals is arguably nature, too, but there is a lot more of "other" than us. We can't just leave the nature be, we gotta perturb it, exploit it, "save" it. It is one of the more disappointing things about humanity.
