Though the jury’s still out on the most effective solution, one thing is clear: harsher prison sentences for drunk drivers don’t translate to fewer DUI offenders on the road.

Maybe after a certain number of convictions you're henceforth required to drive the Nerf Car. It's a modified golf cart wrapped in arrays of bumpers and padding on all sides. Painted in bright primary colors. It can't go more than 8 mph and is literally incapable of damaging anything.

    I actually like this. Its like how we castrate pdedophiles after enough convictions.

    If you keep on showing that cant use a privelege that youve been given to do good? Then why should you get to be given that privilege to do anything at all?
