Wanted to add that the non-white (straight) men also do use slurs from time to time, mainly to each other. Never really hear women say slurs that often though.

I still think that it's wrong to just... let them. Even at like a most barebones level, we're going to be asking workers for some level of sacrifice and the treat faucet will probably get turned off. If they can't handle this very minor change in speech patterns, they definitely won't be able to handle organizing their workplace or agitating in the more international struggle.
