Hunting issues seems to cross borders. In France, a hunter can shoot on a runner's knee and explode it, or shoot on a house and never be too much scared by justice

    It's hard to find the correct level of punishment for an accident, although shooting at a runners knee sounds more than fucked up.

    I assume both of them lost their licences on the spot and the right to own guns for eternity
