Well done you, so am I as it happens, but that doesnt change that the vast majority of LLMs are running on Nvidia cards so they still would be suppressing demand for their own product. talking about subscription fees is just nonsensical here, hugging face is a mirror to host other people's weights, if they started charging people to just download (as opposed to running models, which they already seem to have a decent business for) people would like choose to host their weights elsewhere.
