Possibly under EU. I can do graphics and I would like to print some of these for my PS3/PS4 games.

Do you think any local print service could do dvd/bds? My only concern is to match the print quality and have a cheap price.

    Do you mean printing on the disc itself or printing cover art for the boxes?

    Cover art for the boxes, just the paper, to insert in the plastic cover

    Yeah any random laser print will be good enough for personal use. Mass produced covers are printed on thin glossy paper (like a magazine) instead of regular paper. But honestly, I can't tell the difference on my MVS boxes.
