Damn near everything in this shithole is contaminated as of the past year or two so there’s no winning safety-wise by shifting to plant-based, at least on that front.

I have noticed I tend to get sicker when I eat the (properly cooked!) little meat I can lately, though, which I suspect is due to skyrocketed antibiotic use in poultry farming the last decade or two. I also avoid deli meats for similar reasons.

Eating less meat is good for the planet and your health, even if the meat is not contaminated.

And my following paragraph elaborates on meat still being a somewhat worse option

It makes sense, the government is contaminated with greedy/corrupt/pervy morons, of course they wouldn't be able to give any serious thought into their responsibilities. They're too busy taking bribes or hanging out on Islands or funding genocide.

Anyone with half a brain knew this was going to happen, eventually.

The only question is, was it on purpose or by accident?

I say a combination of both, in that order.
