The “looksmaxxing” personality known as Clavicular has been charged withremoved in Massachusetts, online court records show.

The charges listed against Clavicular, 20, whose real name is Braden Peters, are one count ofremoved, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and one count of procuring liquor for someone under 21 years old, according to the records.

The charges were filed Sept. 8, and the alleged offenses occurred May 23, 2025, the records indicate. More details about the allegations were not immediately available.

Online court records did not show an attorney who could speak on his behalf Monday night.

Clavicular has gained internet fame and notoriety for a trend among young men known as “looksmaxxing,” which Meriam-Webster Dictionary recently defined as, “The practice of taking one or more sometimes extreme or dangerous measures intended to increase one’s physical attractiveness.”

He has been known for popularizing the term “bone smashing,” or using a hammer to intentionally break facial bones so they grow back stronger or look better. The trend has been called potentially unhealthy and dangerous by experts.
