During the AI policy discussion on https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/work_items/187 someone called a KDE contributor out for their bigotry. KDE banned the person calling them out and removed all the comments.

I don't think there's any question that the words are bigoted.

But I see very little evidence that they belong to svin, nor that svin has any significant influence in the KDE project.

Clarification would be appreciated.

    The guy admits that those tweets are his in the thread. The influence is not substantial to the problem here

    Well, I suppose this is all moot anyway. With KDE now planning to start spying on users to train AI models https://windowsforum.com/news/kde-plasma-kadai-is-a-proposal-not-an-ai-desktop.444963/ it seems we all need to abandon ship regardless.
