I think that all makes a lot of sense, would you be open to the idea of maybe featuring a site-post discussing the slop community becoming a square hole?

    Sorry for the delayed reply. I wanted to take some time to think about it more so that I don't create controversy or confusion. I can make a post in /c/hexbear for a discussion of a proposal. I would like to propose that slop posts must showcase social media posts, as stated in its original purpose. The original comm request says that the comm was intended to showcase social media posts.

    Most of the posts on the slop comm already meet this requirement. It is things being posted into the comm like news articles, op-eds, videos of politicians speaking, images of food, etc that do not meet that definition.
