Your comparison falls short because Palestinians are justified to create weapons wherever and however they can, whereas Ukrainian Nazis should be destroyed wherever they are.

The point is not simply that civilian infrastructure should not be destroyed, any infrastructure that a military can use is almost always useful to civilian population as well.

The more material point is that the historical configurations of the Palestinian resistance against genocide in the last century do not render it comparable to the neo-nazi resurgence in Ukraine being spurred on by foreign and domestic anti Russian groups.
