The apartment next door to me they are asking 2500. I thought okay thats a lot but I live in literally the most expensive place in the us adjusted for median income and my friend and his buddy could probably work something out where one person has a single bed in the tiny living room and they share the single bedroom for stuff like clothes storage etc.

Then the property manager sent me a video. There is no bedroom. It's like 100 sq feet if that of living space barely bigger than the tiny kitchenette and a tiny bathroom with no tub.

You can tell if the apartments are financed new construction or an actual normal business cause there's a $500 difference in monthly rate and the new construction is half vacant. We should get complete system collapse pretty soon I think.
