Wasn't there a massive data leak recently where millions of scans of drivers' licenses appeared on the dark web including Pete Hesgeth's? My first order of preference would be to grab that and use it, or some other suitably deplorable regime member. Don't use one of anyone actually innocent.

Plan B would be to ask one of the slop generators to invent a face to slap on a fake ID and upload that. Fight fire with fire.
