I think you're being a bit too kind and subjective regarding her 'art style'. This is just being bad at art. If this is part of a comic and an action scene in one, the amount of things that are just wrong from a technical standpoint are myriad, like a really long list. There is literally no vanishing points and scale as well as depth just dont exist. Objects tend to appear to diminish in size with distance to the human eye and does so on a consistent scale, this doesnt exist at all here and it gives everytjing it's own individual depth no matter where it's framed.
