A place to discuss and support all Steam Hardware, including Steam Deck, Steam Machine, Steam Frame, and SteamOS in general.

These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.

Posts must be related to Steam Hardware or Steam OS in an obvious way.
No piracy, there are other communities for that.
Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.

Man that's rougher than I expected. 0/3, either we got really unlucky or supply vs. demand is way out of whack :(

Email from Valve: You are on the waitlist for Steam Frame 256GB Kit. When we did the one-time randomization of the list, your place in line ended up beyond the number of Steam Frames currently available for reservation. As we work our way through the reservation queue, some customers may cancel their reservations. If that happens, you may be moved into the reservation queue, and you'll be notified via email that you have a reservation after all.

Managed to get on the reservation queue for the 256GB in Canada.

I think Valve used up all of my luck for the foreseeable future, I somehow managed to get a controller at launch, a Machine within a few weeks of launch, and now the Frame.

Still haven't 100% decided if I'll keep my slot, but chances are pretty good I will given I've been looking to upgrade from the Rift S for a long time.
