I'm still convinced that this is America's last ditch effort to corner the international management of empire. AI systems aren't meant to actually do anything useful, they're meant to be something that destroys the global PMC and attempts to centralize all business and personal management under their system.

It won't work, but the US has no real labor base anymore. They need to have managerial systems they can export.

This is of course just the logical endpoint of "big data" and the tech boom. They spent years collecting every bit of data they could and now they're gonna do everything they can to cash in on that.
