Look at Baja California and the Pacific NorthWest. This is how we are entering into the colder months in the Northern Hemisphere. The Southern Hemisphere is just entering their Spring. 
Are the recent flooding events in China and Japan (excluding the glacial flood in Nepal) early indicators for what the US Southwest has coming?
