This just shows you that you don't exist in the real world. Not all of these terrorists got arrested at once. The government was still working on making sure they catch all the terrorists involved in this plot before they could go to trial. Just because your little soft heart thinks it's oh so unfair doesn't mean that the reality of the situation was they were waiting to catch everyone involved before they even make a public announcement.
