    Sounds like we need to start a series of jokes.

    Q: What do they call Healthcare in the USA?

    A: Crippling debt!

    Q: How do they fairly elect a president in the USA?

    A: They find the poorest most uneducated people and make sure their votes are worth much more than other citizens!
