Don't bother. It sucked. Practically the only thing I remember is that the one guy from the first season spent all of season 2 looking for the island and its pretty much blatantly obvious that the captain he's been working with is intentionally misdirecting him and somehow he doesn't realize it, and then in season 3 absolutely nothing comes from that entire subplot. It's just a giant waste of time.
