I don't think Pizzacake's comics are terrible or bad or [insert synonym]. Matter of fact, I find some of their comics actually funny.

There seems to be a quite small, but very vocal, minority who like to shout about them not being funny (most of them aren't supposed to be funny, they're illustrating a point), not being elaborately well drawn (they don't need to be, they make their point just fine), suggesting they're a bit self-insert (fair enough, they're inspired by her life), or suggesting these things don't actually happen or aren't bad (worrying...).

Ultimately, if someone doesn't like them, they're free to ignore them, no-one's forcing anyone to read them.

Personally I find them boring. I've seen the exact same points displayed in more nuanced and entertaining ways so they just feel uninspired.

What I dislike far more is the discussion about it. This has to be the 5th post I've seen about this artist in the last 2 days. I now know the name, that she has an onlyfans, and a very detailed map of her political views, all without my interest or intent to learn this. I do not understand why so many people are that invested in this specific comic.

I'll be honest, the amount of discussion baffles me too. If someone's not interested in the comics, and that's fair enough, just move on, we don't need another grumpy comment about it or the author!
