Ironically, you could almost argue that what he's proposing is a sort of social programーjust an extremely clunky and ill-conceived (and likely illegal) one.

Nah, UBI is a steady monthly payment you can count on.

This is just a straight up one time promise of a bribe that likely won't happen and burn Republicans even harder.

trump should have lost trust decades ago, but he's actually lost a lot in the last two years
