Requirements: Vegan (obviously) Greasy as shit, nutritional benefits optional Tasty/savory Fairly simple to prepare

Something to fill the kind of craving as shawarma cheese fries or the like. I feel like various forms of deep fried potatoes are a good base/starting point

Oh hell yeah, the portobello itself makes a good substitute but both is fire
