With the range of modern EVs, you're either stopping to rest long enough to charge it, or you're a reckless driver that should have your license taken away. On road trips, you should stopping every 200-300 miles or so. You should take a 20-30 minute break every 4-6 hours to rest. You're piloting thousands of pounds of metal screaming down the highway at superhuman speeds. You need rest. You should be taking breaks on long road trips. Just stop and get a meal while you wait for your car to charge. This isn't that complicated.
