An investigation by Gamers Nexus found LG smart TVs sweep local networks to map phones and nearby devices. Tests also showed the sets can capture microphone audio with the screen off — they then upload data once reconnected to the internet.

I'm currently only with a CRT TV and running GrapheneOS, sadly I'm stuck with windows 11 so I'm still tracked there.

The alarm clock is a good idea too.

    A modern TV will be fine if you get one that allows set up without Wi-Fi then disable the eco mode and motion smoothing.

    You can even plug in a GrapheneOS phone with a USB-C to HDMI cable.
