Cravings ‘like heroin withdrawal’: what happens when weight-loss drugs don’t work?
I've been on Ozempic and then switched to mounjaro and while Ozempic worked really well at stopping food noise, Mounjaro does very little for some reason. I hate that the food noise is still present and I can absolutely confirm that bloody hormones ruin everything because I'm literally rage-eating before a period.
I wish I could go back on Ozempic but my GP says they're not allowed to switch me back because MJ works at controlling my blood sugar, which is why I'm getting it - not for losing weight. Even though my BMI is 43 and I could use some help.
