Nitpick: You (or the original creator) mean Muslim poets. "Islamic" describes ideas and the like, not people.

What do you call someone who writes Islamic poems then?

An Arab poet. The Arabic language is cooked to the Muslim faith and it is the uniting factor. Usually languages are called after the region, but in this case is the other way around.

I would understand that as someone from the Arab ethic group, the Arabic language and Islamic religion being separate (but overlapping) considerations.

(Rumi is best known for writing in Persian.)

Isn't that the point here? This character is describing the person by mentioning the type of poetry they create. If I call someone a "rock singer", I am not calling that person a rock; I am describing their art.

To be fair, it's the same thing. No one is born Muslim. Islam is a sect of Yahwism that people are either forced into through child abuse, or join "willingly" to deal with substance abuse.

Your hatred of other faiths is disturbing.

Oh i don't belong to a cult. And I don't hate people who do. I just think children shouldn't be mentally and physically abused by them.

Sure sounds like it. Calling all believers of a faith cultist is peak cult. Atheism can be a cult too.

I use the word cult objectively here. Yahwism is a cult because Yahweh was once a god in a pantheon of gods, a religion. A bunch of cultists branched off this religion and Yahwism was born. Later they splintered into the different sects we have today.

Atheism can be a cult in the same way not playing football can be a sport. It's not a group, it's just being normal.

My faith is special and different from everyone else's, and is the only true / correct one

    - Most belief systems, including atheism

There's no faith here. No dogma. No system. I see deeply broken people mutilating children and talking to ghosts and I think they need help.

Are you seriously saying that a child born outside of a cult, is by default also in a cult?

Your phrasing is deeply biased and not conducive to an objective debate. You flat out make outlandish claims while using dehumanizing or devaluing speech.

"Outlandish claims". That's rich coming from someone so deranged they think a storm god from the bronze age control their life.

I am not. I am being ridiculous for comedic effect here.

Could have just gotten me by saying it's Mr. Great Apespawn to you!

They are being even more ridiculous by claiming that abrahamites are worshippers of a thunder god. People and rites change over time. And even if there is evidence to a historic origin that does not change the value of your deeds of today. Ancient people are primarily one thing. That thing is being dead and forgotten.

    They is you, anyway.

It's technically correct, even more correct than calling abrahamites a storm god cult.
