Admittedly only dumped ~20 hours into one game, so may not have the most holistic view on the game.
But feels like there's a ton of quests that are "go hunt this monster", find out the monster's motivations, realize it was the humans/"civilized folk" who dealt the first blow / profaned nature / failed to perform some ritual, Geralt grits teeth and sides with civilization against obviously wronged nature/monster.
So yeah, I didn't see any "its actually domestic abuse" quests, but the games are crawling with "humans have hubris/pride that is their own downfall" commentary.
