Your answer in no way matches what I said. I was talking about 40 years ago.

I must say that I understand why your coworker yell at you.

    Not coworkers morons on the internet. My colleagues largely understand how education is funded.

    And I'm talking a lot longer than 40 years ago. People always want to attribute simple answers to complicated, long-term funding issues.
