Those hipster bars ruined my city.

Primarily PoC area (mainly black Muslims), they all got priced out of their homes and livelihoods and got replaced by those bars that put their fries in a metal basket and put a big ass knife inside the top of the burger when they serve it to you.

City saw all that "growth" and they were gonna finally extend the metro out to that area, because I guess only white people deserve nice things.

The hipster trend died down, shops closed up, all the white people moved away, and the original community (what's left of it) has slowly been picking up the pieces.

Oh, and the city cancelled the plans to extend the metro out after that.

Colonialism still exists even from within Amerikkka. What is one person's home and community can get uprooted in an instant when whitey wants to "find themself" and larps as a working class individual.
