Food look good but why does your stove not have any knobs to set the temperature?

    I’d guess 90-120 pages total. Probably involves ninjas, yakuza, offshore accounts, some really sexy people making poor decisions that put them in mortal danger. Maybe OP could get it down to a 5 page treatment. Might be enough to get it greenlit.

    Presumably so that they can use that side for prep without worrying about it being hot. However OP should check that the bottom rim of those plates and bowls is fully glazed, otherwise they'll end up scratching the glass surface.

    I've never heard of people taking the knobs off their stove to use one side of it for prep. Is it that hard to simply keep the knobs at 0? That way you have the option of using them if you want to.

    Really? It was my understanding that these glass stove tops were pretty much the toughest glass available. I know I used to clean off dried spills with a razor scraper when I lived in a home that had one.
