Yup! Richard Case on art duties. Legendary duo. Though the Pollack/McKeever era was my favorite.

Whoops! I uploaded the wrong version. One of the comic servers I'm a part of has profanity rules because the server owner decided having them lead to more respectful conversations.

I was wanting to avoid having the playlist be too heavily dominated by one particular group or artist because my initial intent for the introductory playlist was to give a nice sampling of all the different spaces in the genre.

The idea was to make new playlists either biweekly or monthly that delved deeper into particular artist's catalogs or sub-genres within the folk-punk label.

That's a pretty weird take.

The Authority back in 2004 was the exact opposite of that. The Ultimates (2024) is about organizing an uprising against a fascist state. Grant Morrison's Action Comics run brought the character back to his anti-capitalist roots (which makes sense because they're an anarchist). Rachel Pollack's Doom Patrol deals with sex, identity, and introduced the first (and best) transgender character in Superhero media.

It gives people options and covers the platforms with the most users. If people don't want to support Spotify, I've got Tidal, YouTube, and a plain text track list.
