i did this and slept in like 30 minutes. usually takes 3 hours. wowie, what a lifehack.

having something to hug onto or to just have besides you is surprisingly nice. when you pull back, blanket 1 moves your direction. when you lean in, you feel that movement from behind.

something something deep pressure maybe. it's not that deep. i have weighted blankies but they are too exhausting to deal with and... they are okay but i usually remove them at somepoint.

but this!!! this is it, maybe. who knows.
